Even though I know it's all lies, time as we know it is fake. Lest you forget the 1/4 of a day that makes up the odd leap-year day every four years totally shifts the calendar out of wack! Most things aren't real anyway, so I'll let this slide.

| Week 22. |
Monday was Pentecost. I don't celebrate anything religious so it's a holiday I'm not familiar with at all but when you look it up on Wikipedia, there's such a nice fresco of a dove that I was kind of curious. I'll have to ask Alice for the deets if I don't forget. Otherwise I was busy softmodding our oldest PSP, a 2000 in Piano Black we had for ages. It's all up to date now, with a new battery, a protective cover, and in my brother's hands. He's got a long wait time between getting to the town next door and the start of his class so a PSP is a way better choice than doomscrolling.
On Tuesday he went to his first official class and the PSP was working well so I'm happy with that. It's gotten hotter too, which is ass. I'm still in an art slump.
Wednesday we were making plans to slowly get everything down from the 3rd floor as there will be renovations in the coming weeks. We were promised a fully insulated roof this summer which would be so sweet.

On Thursday we went to Noel's and I was having a really tough time. I just didn't understand what he wanted me to do half the time and my whole body was running on nothing because of the heat. I'm gonna be real, I don't know shit about most outdoor tools. I also have no idea how pipes are set up and all so Noel has to teach us everything on the go, with varied results. On the way home we did drop by the recyclerie though and I found some great stuff. The news is these guys may be moving away soon so it's kind of our last chance to drop by and see what they're selling.
On Friday Noel wasn't feeling well so he went to the hospital and we did some work that we can do on our own and went back home. Sadly, a migraine started out of nowhere that it only got worse with time.
On Saturday Tom came over and helped us move a bunch of stuff down from the 3rd floor. After we relaxed and played some Battlefront and MW3 as usual. He picked out a movie, Gunpowder Milkshake, it was okay.

| ... but it's giving this. |
On Sunday a brocante was in town but it was a little sparse. I saw a beautiful pack of tarot cards with fairies that I was seriously tempted by but I don't think I'll ever really be into tarot. Can one even read tarot if you don't believe in it? Or are is the aura just fucked then?
In the afternoon we drove to Monique's, we had to drop off a bunch of stuff for storage. My sister's been making my brother watch Stranger Things this past week and we just finished season one. I'm kind of a hater of the show but I'm not gonna rain on her parade about it.

This Week I'm Excited For...
Well, summer's starting! And the end of the week has been cooler. Maybe it will be a normal summer for at least some time? Wouldn't that be great!
Song Of The Week...
I don't know much about Julieta Venegas but I heard her song Lento in a mixtape and it's been on loop all week. It's just so nostalgic and airy. With an amazingly catchy chorus.

pentecost is low-key the hardest holiday to explain but basically after jesus ascends to heaven his disciples all meet up with each other and suddenly they start speaking in different languages and people around them are like wow they can speak our language! the reason for this is because the holy spirit - final member of the trio also known as the trinity lol - wanted to bring them together to begin spreading the word of jesus to everyone. the holy spirit is usually represented by a dove or flames. lol hope u enjoyed the theology lesson rippp about the recyclerie that’s so sad :( idk what u would gain from tarot if you don’t belive in iy but also it is kind of fun and pretty lol so maybe you should just get them!
